• Two bags of Mediterranean mixed spice coming direct from a small local artisan spice grower in Greece and lovingly blended to give a fresh authentic Mediterranean taste.
• One jar of Blackfire chilli sauce handmade in Northern Ireland with chillis grown on site and blended with local ingredients to provide a unique local taste.
• One jar of locally produced rapeseed oil that is wonderful in its original form or blended with garlic, chilli, or lemon (subject to stock)
• One test tube of herbs taken from a variety of ground spices depending on stock availability
• Personal message and delivery Northern Ireland, Ireland and UK wide for a small delivery fee.
